We’ll explore how coffee is grown, processed, roasted, and brewed, then guide you through a professional-style tasting of coffees from different growing regions around the world. Along the way, you’ll learn how origin, variety, processing method, and roast level influence flavor, while developing the vocabulary and confidence to identify tasting notes for yourself.

Participants will sample several freshly roasted coffees, discover the fundamentals of coffee tasting, and leave with practical brewing tips to make better coffee at home.
