Did You Know?
Wakeman Town Farm is a unique public/private partnership with the Town of Westport — but it’s neighbors and friends like you who keep it alive. Though the land is town-owned, a small volunteer team raises every dollar needed to run the Farm through programs, rentals, events, and fundraisers. Thanks to generous donors, we’re able to offer educational programs, inclusive community events, and a welcoming green space for all to enjoy — fully funded through your support. Your gift helps this historic working farm and educational center thrive for the next generation.

• Room to Grow Fund — makes the Farm accessible to all kids, providing no-cost programs and launching Farm on the Go program to bring nature learning into classrooms and community sites.
• The Community Barn Project — helps us restore and enhance the Farm’s iconic barn for community events, classes, and year-round programming.
• General Donation — gives us the flexibility to meet immediate needs and keep the Farm vibrant day to day.
