Never fear! Come learn the secrets of delicious fish techniques and get the confidence to put these fast and (mostly) healthy dishes into your rotations! Chef Laura Weinman will teach us how to work with a variety of fish, exploring best techniques for each, including sauteeing, roastng, grilling and frying.
