This hands-on baking workshop celebrates the flavors of fall with three comforting desserts fall/winter desserts that you can enjoy all season. Guests will learn classic techniques, simple tricks to elevate flavors, and how to present their bakes beautifully for gatherings.

1. Apple Cider Bread Pudding with Caramel Drizzle

Learn how to make a rich custard base infused with vanilla bean, layered top with apples poached in rum apple cider.

Layers of fresh Challah Bread, butter, & a cardamom spice mix. Baked into golden perfection and finished with a homemade rum caramel sauce and mascarpone creme.
Key Skill: Custard making + bread pudding assembly.

2. Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes

Create spiced pumpkin cheesecake batter with mascarpone cream cheese & pumpkin (or sweet potato) purée.
Bake in individual ramekins or muffin tins, in a steam bath for easy serving.
Learn the secret to a smooth, crack-free cheesecake.
Finish with whipped cream & candied pecans.

3. Carrot & Apple Puff Pastries

Prepare a lightly sweet carrot-apple filling with warming spices.
Work with puff pastry dough: rolling, shaping, and crimping for a professional look.
