This hands-on baking workshop with Chef Shauniece Perrin celebrates the flavors of winter with three comforting winter desserts that you can enjoy all season and beyond. Participants will learn classic techniques, simple tricks to elevate flavors, and how to present their desserts beautifully for gatherings.

Chocolate Tiramisu with cracked peppermint topping

A rich, no-bake layered dessert featuring espresso-soaked ladyfingers, silky chocolate mascarpone cream, and a dusting of cocoa with dark chocolate shavings and cracked candy candy garnish, if desired.

Almond Frangipane Tart
