Harvest Cooking Class with Chef Laura Weinman 9.17.26 @6:00 p.m., $125 pp, BYO your favorite libation. We suggest a hearty Tuscan red wine made from the Sangiovese grape, such as a Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, or Super Tuscan.

-Panzanella Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes if the weather is hot, out or a Cozy Ribollita Soup if its not!
-We will prepare Pollo al Mattone (Chicken under a brick) with Potatoes and Arugula

-Bistecca a la Fiorentina with Cannelini Beans and Braised Greens
-Of course, we will finish with a Classic Tiramisu for dessert
