Join us for a cooking class that celebrates the late summer harvest. As summer winds down and we move into the glorious fall weather, we have created a menu that transitions from one season to the next, utilizing the bounty of the late-summer harvest on the Farm. We will focus on knife skills, techniques of fish cooking, vegetable roasting and sautéing, vinaigrette making and a bit of baking, too!
