Eye Health Through an Ayurvedic Lens

In this 1 hour workshop, presented by Samantha Parker, Ayurvedic Practitioner , we will prepare a medicinal eyewash made from plants and learn how to cleanse, refresh, moisturize, and nourish the eyes through food. We will also learn how to do a type of gazing meditation that purifies the eyes, strengthens the eye muscles, improves vision and memory, and strengthens the ability to concentrate (making it highly recommended for school children).
